Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in recreation or related field; eight years of related experience may substitute for education.
• Five years of experience in recreation programming.
• Current CPR/AED and First Aid certification.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Create, implement, and coordinate Recreation programs and events.
• Host and update recreation guides, marketing materials, and websites.
• Collaborate with marketing to maintain accurate online information.
• Develop staff and volunteer training programs.
• Oversee budgets, payroll, invoices, and purchasing card statements.
• Ensure safety standards and conduct routine inspections.
• Supervise staff, hire, train, and backfill as needed.
