Schenk Lake Operations Manager at Oglebay Park in Wheeling, WV, is a full-time leadership role overseeing recreational operations and staff across venue facilities, including the Aerial Challenge Course, Segway and mountain bike rentals, and Elm Hill events.

You will hire, train, and schedule employees, assist with budgeting, ensure safety and guest satisfaction, and coordinate special events while maintaining quality service for daily park guests.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience supervising staff and managing budgets.
• Experience coordinating events and managing facilities.
• Payroll processing experience.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee operation of Aerial Challenge Course.
• Responsible for Safety Review of Aerial Challenge Course and all documentation.
• Manage Segway and Mountain Bike rentals.
• Interview, hire, schedule and train employees.
• Plan budgets and assist in budgeting.
• Provide customer service to visiting guests.
• Directly manage Trolley Drivers and their schedules.
• Oversee Festival of Lights booth and activities.
• Coordinate, set up, and supervise various special events throughout the resort.
