Job summary

Oglebay Park in Wheeling, WV seeks a Construction Project Manager to coordinate and oversee capital projects, budgets, and schedules. You will work with the Director of Projects and VP of Administration, managing scopes, costs, and timelines across multiple sites.

The role requires coordinating with contractors and internal staff, maintaining project documentation, and ensuring compliance with governmental requirements and safety policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Management or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 1–2 years related experience in project management or construction.
• Experience with government-funded projects and budgeting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee capital projects for Oglebay Park and Wheeling Park.
• Monitor project progress to ensure on-schedule and on-budget delivery.
• Delegate tasks, motivate team, and resolve conflicts as needed.
• Prepare and review budgets, cost centers, and bid documents.
• Produce weekly progress reports to leadership on project status.
