Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 5 years of relevant experience.
• Associate’s degree with 3 years in recreation field.
• Bachelor's degree with 1 year experience in recreation or related field.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, organize, supervise, and evaluate recreation staff.
• Oversee accreditation process of the American Camping Association.
• Develop and evaluate a wide array of recreation programs for Anchorage residents.
• Ensure compliance with background checks and certifications.
