Job summary

City of Loveland is seeking a Building Supervisor for the Chilson Recreation Center in Loveland, CO. You will act as Manager on Duty, lead staff, ensure safety and cleanliness, and coordinate with maintenance to keep the facility running smoothly.

The role requires flexible scheduling including evenings and weekends; CPR/First Aid certification is required or obtainable within 90 days. Salary ranges stated, with a strong focus on service and community engagement.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or GED required.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Recreation or a related field preferred.
• 2 years experience in customer service in a large facility.
• CPR and First Aid certification required or able to obtain within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide front-line customer service and enforce center rules.
• Lead and direct part-time staff to ensure consistent service quality.
• Open/close procedures, cash handling, and facility security.
• Coordinate with maintenance teams and oversee events/shows.
• Perform janitorial tasks and basic maintenance as needed.
