Job summary

City of Loveland is seeking a Building Supervisor for the Chilson Recreation Center. You will manage daily operations, supervise part-time staff, ensure safety and cleanliness, and deliver excellent guest service in a busy public facility located in Loveland, CO.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, CPR/First Aid certification, and at least two years of customer service experience in a large facility. Evening/weekend hours are common.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Recreation or a related field preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification required, or ability to obtain within 90 days.
• 2 years of customer service experience in a large facility.

Responsibilities

• Provide front-line customer service and enforce center rules.
• Direct and supervise part-time staff to ensure quality service.
• Open and close procedures, cash handling and building security.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness across the Chilson Center.
• Support event setup, maintenance, and daily operations.
