Job summary

The City of Loveland is seeking a Building Supervisor to manage daily operations at the Hatfield Chilson Recreation Center. You’ll lead staff, ensure safety and guest satisfaction, and support program delivery in a fast-paced, community-focused environment.

This role requires flexibility with evenings, weekends, and holidays, and offers opportunities to oversee events, facilities, and housekeeping tasks while maintaining high safety and service standards.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Recreation or related field preferred.
• 2 years of customer service in a large facility required.
• CPR and First Aid certification required or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide front-line customer service and enforce center rules.
• Lead part-time staff to ensure consistent quality service.
• Schedule employees and assist with desk operations.
• Open/close procedures, cash handling, and building security.
• Support events and janitorial tasks as needed.
• Coordinate with maintenance and report inventory needs.
