Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Experience with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Outlook.
• 1 year of guest service and clerical experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide guest services and process transactions, passes, registrations.
• Greet guests and inform about available services.
• Open/close facility on designated days.
• Conduct facility tours and equipment checks.
• Supervise front desk staff and assist in training.
• Maintain clean, safe, and sanitary work environment.
• Attend staff meetings and trainings.
• Assist with RecTrac software administration.
• Resolve safety and administrative issues with staff.
