Job Summary:
The Building Supervisor supports the comprehensive facility operations of the Hatfield Chilson Recreation Center by serving as a Manager on Duty and working closely with the Facility Operations Coordinator to train and lead staff . This position ensures a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for all patrons while overseeing daily building functions, assisting parttime employees, promoting exceptional customer service, and contributing to the delivery of high-quality community programs. The role requires flexible scheduling, including evenings, weekends, early mornings, and holidays with the primary shift typically being Tuesday through Saturday from 1:00pm-9:30pm.
The salary range for this position is $25.42- $34.32 per hour with a hiring range of $25.42 - $29.87,depending on qualifications and experience.
