About the Role:

We are looking for an individual who can providesupport for Explorer Island, our recreational area. Explorer Island features a Family Pool, Splash Zone, Lazy River, and The Drop. Dry out over a game of beach volleyball, shoot hoops, or get your gaming fix at The Hideout. Our complimentary Kids for All Seasons program is also locatedon the island.

What you will do:

• Provide guests with water, towels, and assistance with seating arrangements at the pool areas
• Respond to all interactions in an efficient, courteous, and professional manner to maximize customer satisfaction

What you bring:

• Able to adapt to daily changes and challenges
• Comfortable outside during times of high temperatures.
• A sincere willingness to provide service to residents, guests, and peers.
• Ability to function well under pressure, set priorities and adjust to changing conditions.
• High work ethic, with a sense of responsibility for the role filled within our team.
• Must be fluent in English and possess legal work authorization in the United States.
