Job summary

Four Seasons Resort Orlando at Walt Disney World Resort is seeking a Recreation Amenity Attendant to join our team. In this full-time role, you will support Explorer Island by assisting guests at the pool, managing seating, and ensuring a welcoming, safe environment for families and guests.

You will be expected to adapt to daily changes, work outdoors in warm weather, and deliver attentive service with a warm, friendly demeanor, all while upholding Four Seasons standards of excellence.

Qualifications

• Able to adapt to daily changes and challenges.
• Comfortable outside during times of high temperatures.
• A sincere willingness to provide service to residents, guests, and peers.
• Ability to function well under pressure, set priorities and adjust to changing conditions.
• High work ethic, with a sense of responsibility for the role filled within our team.
• Must be fluent in English and possess legal work authorization in the United States.

The Opportunity:

Recreation Amenity Attendant (Full-Time)

About the Role:

We are looking for an individual who can provide support for Explorer Island, our recreational area. Explorer Island features a Family Pool , Splash Zone , Lazy River , and The Drop . Dry out over a game of beach volleyball, shoot hoops, or get your gaming fix at The Hideout . Our complimentary Kids for All Seasons program is also located on the island.

What You Will Do:
