Job summary

Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts in Orlando is seeking an AM Ravello Server Assistant to support our Ravello breakfast service. You will assist food servers and bartenders, handle setup and clearing, and help maintain a warm, polished dining room for our luxury guests.

Ideal candidates bring fine dining or high-volume experience, excel in a fast-paced team environment, and are fluent in English with the right to work in the United States.

Qualifications

• Background in fine dining with an emphasis on high volume is preferred.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, working with a large team.
• Fluent in English and able to legally work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Assist food servers and bartenders with the serving of food, set-up and clearing of china, glass, and silver.
• Polish glassware and stock the bar and lounge with the appropriate glassware, linens, and other service tools.
• Organize and clean back of house area, dry goods and operating supplies requisitions.

The Opportunity:

AM Ravello Server Assistant

Who We Look For:

We are looking for an individual who can provide dining support in our breakfast restaurant, Ravello who has prior experience in Food & Beverage.

Responsibilities:

• Assist food servers and bartenders with the serving of food, set-up and clearing of china, glass, and silver
• Polish glassware and stocking the bar and lounge with the appropriate glassware, linens, and other tools for service
• Organize and clean back of house area, dry goods and operating supplies requisitions

Minimum Qualifications:

• Background in fine dining with an emphasis on high volume is preferred
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, working with a large team

A successful candidate will have a flexible schedule, ability to work weekends and holidays. Must be fluent in English and possess legal work authorization in the United States.
