Four Seasons Resort Orlando at Walt Disney World Resort is seeking a Recreation Attendant to support Explorer Island and its family-focused amenities. You will assist guests at the pool areas, provide towels and seating help, and respond to guest interactions professionally to ensure a top-tier experience.

• Must be fluent in English and possess legal work authorization in the United States.

• Ability to function well under pressure, set priorities and adjust to changing conditions.
• High work ethic, with a sense of responsibility for the role filled within our team.
• A flexible schedule, ability to work weekends and holidays.

The Opportunity:

Recreation Attendant (Full-Time)

About the Role:

We are looking for an individual who can provide support for Explorer Island, our recreational area. Explorer Island features a Family Pool , Splash Zone , Lazy River , and The Drop . Dry out over a game of beach volleyball, shoot hoops, or get your gaming fix at The Hideout . Our complimentary Kids for All S easons program is also located on the island.

What you will do:

• Provide guests with water, towels, and assistance with seating arrangements at the pool areas
