Four Seasons Resort Orlando at Walt Disney World Resort in Central Florida seeks a Recreation Attendant (Full-Time) to support Explorer Island, its family pool area featuring a Splash Zone, Lazy River, and The Drop. The role emphasizes guest service and teamwork in a luxury setting.

Responsibilities include assisting guests with water and seating, and maintaining a courteous, responsive service mindset. Flexibility to work weekends/holidays and English fluency are required.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in English and possess legal work authorization in the United States.
• Able to adapt to daily changes and challenges.
• Comfortable outside during times of high temperatures.
• A sincere willingness to provide service to residents, guests, and peers.

The Opportunity

Recreation Attendant (Full-Time)

About The Role

We are looking for an individual who can provide support for Explorer Island, our recreational area. Explorer Island features a Family Pool, Splash Zone, Lazy River, and The Drop. Dry out over a game of beach volleyball, shoot hoops, or get your gaming fix at The Hideout. Our complimentary Kids for All Seasons program is also located on the island.

What You Will Do

• Provide guests with water, towels, and assistance with seating arrangements at the pool areas
• Respond to all interactions in an efficient, courteous, and professional manner to maximize customer satisfaction

What You Bring

• Able to adapt to daily changes and challenges
• Comfortable outside during times of high temperatures.
• A sincere willingness to provide service to residents, guests, and peers.
• Ability to function well under pressure, set priorities and adjust to changing conditions.
• High work ethic, with a sense of responsibility for the role filled within our team.
• Must be fluent in English and possess legal work authorization in the United States.
