Four Seasons Resort Orlando at Walt Disney World is seeking a Kids For All Seasons Attendant (On-Call). You will support Explorer Island and engage children with supervised activities in a luxury resort setting.

Requirements include at least 2 years of related experience, outdoor work readiness, and fluent English with legal US work authorization. Availability to work weekends and holidays is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of related experience.
• Comfortable working outside for 8-10 hours.
• Fluent in English and able to obtain US work authorization.

Kids For All Seasons Attendant (On-Call)

Who We LookFor:

We are looking for an individual who can providesupportfor Explorer Island, our recreational area. Explorer Island features a Family Pool, Splash Zone, Lazy River, and The Drop. Dry out over a game of beach volleyball, shoot hoops, or get your gaming fix at The Hideout. Our complimentary Kids for All Seasons program is also located on the island.

Responsibilities:

• Provide exciting and excellent service for guests of all ages
• Engage in activities with the children while maintaining a safe environment; activities may include, water sports,kids’games, pool side movies and more

Minimum Qualifications:

• Prior related experience of 2 years
• Comfortable working outside for 8-10 hours
• A sincere willingness to provide service to residents, guests, and peers.
• Good organizational skills, with the ability to work independently.
• Ability to function well under pressure, set priorities and adjust to changing conditions.
• High work ethic, with a sense of responsibility for the role filled within our team.

A successful candidate will have a flexible schedule, ability to workweekends and holidays. Must be fluent in English and possess legal work authorization in the United States.
