Job summary

Complete Care Management is seeking a Recreation Aide to support residents in a compassionate, family-like setting. You will plan and implement engaging activities, monitor participation, and collaborate with nursing staff to promote wellbeing.

As part of our team, you will manage attendance calendars, prepare decorations, and contribute to a positive community atmosphere while enjoying a Monday–Friday schedule and the option for daily pay in a supportive facility.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• Previous long-term care experience preferred but not required.
• Must be energetic, creative, empathetic and a team player.
• Computer knowledge is expected.

Responsibilities

• Implement scheduled programs and assist residents as needed.
• Monitor resident behavior during events and communicate to nursing as needed.
• Maintain and manage activity attendance calendars.
• Assist in preparing and displaying holiday decorations throughout the facility.
• Other duties as assigned by Director of Activities and Administrator.
