Job summary

Complete Care Management seeks a Recreation Aide for a temporary Day Shift position in New Jersey. The role focuses on creating engaging activities for residents and supporting overall wellbeing within the facility.

The Recreation Aide will implement scheduled programs, monitor resident participation, and collaborate with nursing staff. This role is ideal for someone energetic, empathetic, and a team player committed to compassionate care during the October–January timeframe.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required or equivalent.
• Prior long-term care experience is preferred but not required.
• Energetic, creative, empathetic and a team player are essential.
• Experience with implementing activities and programs is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Implement scheduled programs and assist residents as needed.
• Monitor resident behavior during events and communicate with nursing staff as needed.
• Maintain and manage activity attendance calendars.
• Assist in preparing and displaying holiday decorations throughout the facility.
• Other duties as assigned by Director of Activities and Administrator.
