Job summary

Complete Care, Inc. is seeking a Recreation Aide for a Temporary DAY SHIFT position in New Jersey. The role supports residents through planned activities, requires a High School Diploma, and favors candidates with long-term care exposure but welcomes energetic, empathetic team players.

You will implement activities, monitor behavior, manage calendars, and assist with holiday displays under supervision. Benefits include health/dental/vision and PTO, with potential advancement.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Previous long-term care experience preferred but not required.
• Energetic, creative, empathetic and a team player.
• Implement scheduled programs and assist residents as needed.
• Monitor resident behavior during events and communicate to nursing as needed.
• Maintain and manage activity attendance calendars.
• Assist in preparing and displaying holiday decorations throughout the facility.
• Computer knowledge.
• Other duties as assigned by Director of Activities and Administrator.

Temporary DAY SHIFT position from October 30 through January 2027
