Complete Care is seeking a dedicated Recreation Aide to enrich residents’ lives through engaging activities and compassionate support. You will plan and implement programs, assist residents during events, and contribute to a warm, family-like environment.

Ideal candidates bring energy, creativity, empathy, and teamwork. The role offers full-time benefits including health, dental, vision, PTO, and opportunities for advancement at our Franklin, NJ facility.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• Energetic, creative, empathetic and a team player are essential traits.
• Computer knowledge is preferred for activity planning.

Responsabilidades

• Implement scheduled programs and assist residents as needed.
• Monitor resident behavior during events and communicate to nursing as needed.
• Maintain and manage activity attendance calendars.
• Assist in preparing and displaying holiday decorations throughout the facility.
• Other duties as assigned by Director of Activities and Administrator.

Recreation Aide Qualifications & Responsibilities:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Previous long-term care experience preferred but not required
• Must be energetic, creative, empathetic and a team player
• Implement scheduled programs and assist residents as needed
• Monitor resident behavior during events and communicate to nursing as needed
• Maintain and manage activity attendance calendars
• Assist in preparing and displaying holiday decorations throughout the facility
• Computer knowledge
• Other duties as assigned by Director of Activities and Administrator
