Job summary

Wellspring, Inc. is hiring Recovery Technicians for Infinity House in Bangor, ME. Work in a residential program for women with young children.

Weekend and/or overnight shifts are available; overnight staff may sleep. Wellspring offers a supportive team, generous benefits, and time off as part of the role. Positions include full-time, regular part-time, and per diem options with a schedule that combines Evening, Overnight, Weekend, and Holiday shifts.

Qualifications

• Education: Minimum of High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience: Prior experience working in a residential setting preferred.
• Previous experience as CNA, Recovery Coach, BHP or PSS desirable.
• A genuine desire to work in a service capacity to support individuals in residential treatment.

Responsibilities

• Provide safety, security and supervision of clients within the milieu, including overnights, weekends and holidays.
• Engage in pro-social activities and positive role modeling with clients.
• Support clients in their recovery using trauma-informed approaches and motivational interviewing when appropriate.
• Be flexible to work evenings, overnights, weekends and holidays as scheduled.
