Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED; two years post-secondary education preferred.
• Two years experience in a treatment facility and at least one year supervisory experience.
• Valid driver's license and CPR certification within 30 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Recovery Support Technicians and Peer Support Specialists under the Program Manager.
• Maintain medication self-administration procedures and safety checks.
• Schedule staff to ensure coverage and assist with facility operations and admin tasks.
• Ensure facility safety, logs, and compliance with VOA policies.
