Responsibilities

• Maintain logs, reports and records in appropriate files and databases.
• Provide recovery education to service recipients for all phases of recovery.
• Model recovery behaviors for clients and staff to promote lasting recovery.
• Assist clients in identifying personal goals, strengths and recovery plans.
• Develop, implement and promote community training opportunities.
• Coordinate linkages to community resources and mutual self-help groups.
