Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Screen and process new admissions and document client movement.
• Maintain daily census and report incidents to staff.
• Coordinate in-house activities based on the program schedule.
• Monitor client movement and ensure security of the facility.
• Supervise medication administration where appropriate.
• Complete written reports and incident documentation.
• Perform routine safety checks and maintain facility cleanliness.
