Gaudenzia seeks a Recovery Support Professional for the Crownsville, MD area. The role is full-time evening shift with rotating weekends and holidays, offering $16.75 per hour and comprehensive on-the-job training.

You will assist with admissions, supervise activities, and support clients in recovery services on a 24/7 program. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, strong communication skills, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read, write and communicate effectively.
• Valid driver’s license in good standing preferred.
• Must be able to work a variety of shifts including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Screen and process new admissions; document client movement.
• Monitor client movement and supervise medications as directed.
• Coordinate in-house activities and schedule accordingly.
• Maintain census records and report incidents to staff.
• Complete written reports and incident documentation.
