Job summary

Gaudenzia in Baltimore is seeking a Recovery Support Supervisor (Full Time) at Park Heights to supervise recovery support professionals, coordinate daily staffing, and ensure accurate census and client safety. The role requires a high school diploma or GED and experience in residential behavioral health, with 60 college credits or 3 years for HS diploma holders.

Education: High School Diploma or GED
Experience: Minimum of one (1) year experience in a Residential Behavioral Health Program Setting; for HS diploma holders, at least 3 years in such settings
Basic computer skills and ability to use Outlook, Word, and Excel

Responsibilities

Assist in the supervision and training of recovery support professionals.
Support the development of daily scheduling for staff coverage across all shifts.
Maintain accurate daily census and client movement in logs.
Escort clients to medical appointments and outside facilities as approved.
Screen client belongings upon entry and deny access to unauthorized persons.
Coordinate, conduct, and document random client and room searches as directed.
