Qualifications

• Ability to work various shifts and handle 24/7 operation.
• Basic computer skills and document logging required.

Responsibilities

• Screen and process new admissions; take head counts during hourly runs.
• Document hourly runs and client movement in the log.
• Coordinate in-house activities per program schedule (chores, breaks, visits).
• Maintain daily census; report infractions and incidents to staff.
• Conduct client orientation sessions and morning meetings.
• Transport or assist clients to appointments as needed.
• Conduct room searches and random searches as directed.
• Deny access to unauthorized persons and supervise medications.
• Perform regular room checks and safety inspections; report safety hazards.
• Complete written reports and incident documentation as required.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisor.
