Job summary

Gaudenzia, Inc. is hiring a Recovery Support Professional for the Crownsville program in Crownsville, MD. The position, on the Day Shift (7am–3pm), involves supporting men and women in recovery, providing encouragement, and modeling positive behavior in a 24/7 program.

You will screen admissions, monitor client movement, coordinate activities, and maintain daily census while following safety and treatment protocols. A high school diploma or GED and a valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license in good standing and meet criteria.
• No DUI or fatal accidents in past 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Screen and process new admissions.
• Document hourly runs and client movement.
• Coordinate in-house activities per program schedule.
• Maintain daily census and report incidents.
• Conduct client orientation sessions and meetings.
• Transport or assist clients to medical appointments.
• Conduct room searches and supervise medication administration.
• Ensure facility safety and cleanliness, perform safety checks.
