Job summary

The position requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and flexibility to work rotating weekends/holidays in a residential setting. Training and growth opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record preferred.
• Ability to interact with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Ability to work rotating weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Screen and process new admissions; take head counts during hourly runs and document client movement.
• Monitor client movement, maintain sign-out book, and coordinate in-house activities.
• Maintain accurate daily census and report infractions to staff.
• Conduct client orientation, seminars, and morning meetings as directed.
• Transport or assist clients to appointments as needed.
• Perform room searches and random client searches as directed.
• Ensure facility safety including fire drills, safety checks, and Narcan availability.
• Supervise medication administration where appropriate.
• Complete reports and incident documentation; perform routine inspections and repairs as needed.
