Job summary

Hirebridge seeks a Support & Recovery Training & Program Supervisor to oversee all aspects of client coaching and progress toward graduation in the CP Program, and to supervise daily living support for their caseload. The role develops new Support & Recovery Advocates through coaching, SMART goals, and reflective sessions, while ensuring safety and adherence to care plans.

You will collaborate with CP Program Manager, SEC Provider, SRAs, Scheduling, and managers to coordinate outings,

Qualifications

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Valid driver’s license or Washington State ID.
• One year’s experience with adults who have intellectual or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Ability to supervise new hires.

Responsibilities

• Acknowledge and advocate for the needs, wants, and rights of clients with dignity and respect.
• Supervise the teaching of useful emotional and behavioral regulation techniques.
• Monitor and guide client progress toward CP Plan goals.
• Coordinate care with CP Program Manager, SEC Provider, SRAs, and Scheduling.
• Supervise SRAs and ensure coverage for outings and health care appointments.
• Maintain SRAs timecards on PeopleGuru Platform.
• Provide peer coaching and development using SMART goals and Reflection sheets.
• Complete peer coaching paperwork.
• Conduct 1:1s with SRAs (as approved).
• Supervise daily living support and document activity.
• Monitor client safety in residences and ensure adequate health care.
