Job summary

Pioneer Human Services in Washington State is seeking a Residential Treatment Specialist to support residents under an individualized treatment plan within the Behavioral Health Division. You will help provide physical care and implement programming designed to assist each resident with their treatment goals.

The role demands clear communication, teamwork, and the ability to document observations and assist with daily activities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• First Aid/CPR certification within 90 days from date of hire.
• Proficient written/verbal communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical care and implement programming to assist residents with their treatment plan.
• Document daily shift activities and observations for the Individual Treatment Plan.
• Supervise resident movement, activity, and rule compliance.
• Support planning of structured activities to promote independent living skills.
• Maintain a clean, safe living environment and report safety concerns.
• Assist residents with health and hygiene needs.
