Peerstar LLC in Pennsylvania is hiring a Certified Recovery Specialist (CRS) to work with individuals facing mental health and substance use challenges. You will support clients in setting recovery goals, promoting independence, and linking to community resources.

The role requires bilingual English/Spanish ability, 18+ age, and PA CRSCertification requirements. You will document progress, collaborate with care teams, and help peers build self-help networks in community settings.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• Self-identify as having a Substance Use Disorder.
• Have 18+ months of personal recovery experience.
• In last 36 months, ≥12 months employment/volunteering.
• HS diploma or GED;Bachelor's preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 peer support to promote recovery.
• Assist clients in developing recovery goals and plans.
• Connect clients to community resources and supports.
