MVP Recovery is seeking a Certified Recovery Specialist (CRS) to join the STAR program in Chester, PA. The role focuses on guiding and advocating for individuals through their recovery journey, with collaboration across an interdisciplinary team.

Responsibilities include setting recovery goals, maintaining confidential records, and participating in ongoing training to support compassionate, ethical care. This full-time position offers a collaborative work environment and opportunities for growth.

Competenze

• Certified Recovery Specialist (CRS) certification required.
• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
• Previous experience in behavioral health or substance abuse treatment settings preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Compassionate, nonjudgmental attitude toward individuals in recovery.
• Willingness to adhere to ethical standards and maintain client confidentiality.
