Action Wellness in Philadelphia, PA is hiring a Certified Recovery Specialist to support clients pursuing long‑term recovery from substance use disorders through non‑clinical, peer‑based guidance. Qualificações

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Active CRS certification by the Pennsylvania Certification Board; support to obtain certification after hire.
• Minimum of one year lived recovery experience.
• Prior peer support/behavioral health exposure preferred.
• Experience with diverse populations encouraged.

Responsabilidades

• Provide encouragement and peer-based support drawing on personal recovery experience.
• Assist clients with intakes, treatment appointments, and recovery commitments.
• Collaborate with the case manager to progress toward service plan goals.
• Maintain accurate documentation and coordinate with treatment teams.
• Proactively reconnect clients who have disengaged from services.
• Uphold confidentiality and ethical standards in all activities.
