Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, or LPN with 2 years experience in addictions and mental health issues.

Responsibilities

• Engages Co-Occurring clients and explains services; works with the full spectrum of diagnosis disorders.
• Assesses risk, mental status, and motivation; provides timely and appropriate interventions.
• Completes progress/group notes addressing treatment goals and changes in mental health status.
• Proficient written and verbal communication; works effectively in a team environment.
• Coordinates services with internal and external providers of care.
