Job summary

ANEW Chemical Health Services is seeking a Recovery Residence Coordinator to manage the daily operations of the CRR Level II program across multiple residences in Minnesota. The role focuses on ensuring a safe, recovery-oriented living environment, supervising staff, and coordinatingresident move-ins, compliance, and documentation.

Qualifications

• Certified Peer Recovery Specialist certification required.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum one year of experience in recovery support or related field preferred.
• Knowledge of recovery-oriented systems of care and traumainformed practices.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day operations of all assigned recovery residences.
• Promote a safe, recovery-oriented living environment.
• Counsel residents in independent living skills and recovery goals.
• Plan and facilitate weekly house meetings.
• Maintain documentation and compliance with CRR standards.

Education
