Job summary

Mn Adult & Teen Challenge in Minnesota is seeking a Recovery Care Supervisor to provide day-to-day oversight of Recovery Care Specialists in the residential treatment program. You will coordinate staff workflow, scheduling, and ensure documentation and policies are followed.

This role emphasizes trauma-informed care, safety, and strong communication with program leadership. This position centers on on-floor supervision, staff development, and adherence to MnTC's Culture of Honor while

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Course of study in health or human services leading to BA/BS or associate degree, or
• One year of experience with the target population or supervisory experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older and meet state background requirements.
• Strong administration, organization, and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead staffing: selection, onboarding, supervision, and retention of Recovery Care Specialists.
• Coordinate staff schedules, shift changes, and coverage across the program.
• Monitor documentation and ensure compliance with MnTC, DHS, and 245G rules.
• Assist with medication coordination processes and client safety measures.
• Support on-floor supervision, trauma-informed care, and recovery goals with the care team.
• Communicate program direction and policy updates to staff in a timely manner.
