Qualifications

• Current CRRA credential, as applicable to Florida requirements.
• High school diploma or equivalent; associate/bachelor degree preferred.
• Experience in recovery housing, behavioral health, or related field.
• Knowledge of recovery housing principles and regulatory standards.
• Ability to maintain professional boundaries and confidentiality.
• Valid Driver’s license and ability to drive organizational vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administrative oversight of the recovery residence.
• Maintain a safe, structured, recovery-oriented living environment.
• Lead staff and supervise residence operations & staffing coverage.
• Coordinate with clinical and facility leadership for continuity of care.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and documentation for inspections and audits.
• Manage resident intake, orientation, and discharge planning.
• Oversee safety protocols, emergency procedures, and incident reporting.
• Promote relapse prevention and community integration.

Recovery Centers of America at Mount Dora is currently looking for a full-time Recovery Residence House Manager to join their team!

A current Certified Recovery Residence Administrator (CRRA) credential is required for this role.

Position Overview

The Certified Recovery Residence Administrator (CRRA) is responsible for the overall administration, operation, safety, quality, and regulatory compliance of the recovery residence. The Administrator provides leadership and oversight to ensure the residence operates in accordance with applicable Florida laws and regulations, Florida recovery residence requirements, organizational policies, and established standards of ethical and recovery-oriented care.

The CRRA serves as a leader, role model, and advocate for individuals in recovery. This position is responsible for creating and maintaining a safe, structured, supportive, and recovery-oriented living environment while promoting resident accountability, independence, community integration, and sustained recovery.

The Administrator works collaboratively with multidisciplinary team to ensure continuity of care and a positive resident experience.

Education And Experience

• Current Certified Recovery Residence Administrator (CRRA) credential, as applicable to the position and Florida requirements.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in behavioral health, social services, psychology, or a related field preferred.
• Demonstrated experience working in recovery housing, behavioral health, substance use disorder treatment, peer recovery, or a related field.
• Knowledge of recovery-oriented systems of care and the principles of recovery housing.
• Demonstrated leadership and supervisory experience.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
