Job summary

UNC-Chapel Hill's PATH program seeks a Recovery Programs Coordinator to lead strategic vision, development, implementation, and evaluation of evidence-based collegiate recovery initiatives within Dimensions of Wellness and broader student health promotion.

You will support students and families in recovery, partner with campus departments, provide trainings, and help advance harm reduction and wellness goals. This is a full-time, on-campus role starting in October 2026.

Qualifications

• Master's or Bachelor's degree plus 0-2 years' experience, or an equivalent combination.
• Experience in recovery services or college settings is preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and evaluate collegiate recovery initiatives.
• Provide outreach and individual support for students seeking recovery.
• Collaborate with campus partners to promote wellness and prevention.
• Monitor program outcomes and report findings.
