You will support students, faculty, and staff across multiple phases of recovery, coordinating mental health supports, training, and clear communication strategies. This temporary position runs July 2026 through April 2027, with a flexible, multi‑hour weekly schedule and evening/weekend programming as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience with crisis response, student support services, or program coordination.
• Experience working with diverse stakeholder groups.
• Some experience in higher education settings.
• Experience in mental health programming, emergency response, or behavioral intervention teams.
• Some experience in grant management.

Responsibilities

• Lead trauma‑informed recovery efforts after campus incidents.
• Coordinate mental health supports and communication across divisions.
• Collaborate across departments to implement community rebuilding initiatives.
• Maintain flexibility to meet program needs, including occasional evenings/weekends.
