Behavioral Health Solutions, LLC is seeking a Peer Support Specialist to provide recovery-focused, peer-guided support to individuals in behavioral health services. You will use your lived experience to empower others, advocate for their preferences, and collaborate with clinical teams to coordinate care.

Required CPSS certification through the Washington Health Care Authority. Role involves travel to nursing facilities, documentation duties, and engagement in group sessions in a facility

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Completion of a peer support specialist training program.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience providing peer support services preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide peer support and mentorship to individuals, promoting recovery goals.
• Empathize and connect with individuals navigating mental health or substance use challenges.
• Foster a supportive environment where individuals share experiences and pursue recovery.
