Qualifikationen

• Lived experience of mental illness and recovery, or prior peer support work.
• Intentional Peer Support Training and WRAP Training preferred but not required.
• Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
• Capable of working independently as well as in a team.

• Enter supportive, non-authoritative relationships with peers to encourage recovery.
• Work with adult peers 18+ with mental health challenges.
• Assist peers in developing a WRAP wellness plan and recovery goals.
• Assist peers in accessing community resources and advocate for peers.
