Qualifications

• Lived experience in recovery from substance use disorder or co-occurring conditions required.
• CPRS credential or ability to obtain within six months of hire.
• Experience in peer support, outreach, or navigation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain participant caseloads.
• Respond to referrals and complete follow-up.
• Connect participants to housing, employment, treatment, and recovery supports.
• Provide tobacco cessation education and referrals.
• Document services in required systems.
• Participate in supervision and ongoing training.
• Represent Prevention Links in the community.
