Job summary

Valley Cities is seeking an ITA Coordinator for Recovery Place Kent Inpatient Services. You will handle initial ITA paperwork, track critical dates, prepare court documents, and communicate expectations to staff and court teams.

You will support de-escalation and crisis prevention training, maintain CPI certification, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate client care. This role requires flexibility and strong teamwork.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Understanding of addiction and mental health treatment helpful.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Process initial ITA paperwork and track key dates.
• Prepare documents for court and coordinate with staff and court teams.
• Communicate expectations to staff and court team; liaise with ITA and King County ITA Court.
• Assist with de-escalation and crisis training; maintain CPI certification.
• Participate in treatment team meetings and care coordination activities.
