Job summary

Recovery Innovations is seeking a Constable to provide a safe, recovery-focused environment using recovery coaching methods. You will demonstrate non-violent de-escalation skills and apply holds only as a last resort to keep involuntary guests on site.

Responsibilities include welcoming individuals, transporting as directed, ensuring safety inside the facility, and assisting during evaluations, with strong emphasis on compliance and confidentiality within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Completion of Peer Employment Training and certification as a Peer Support Specialist.
• Two years of behavioral health experience, crisis environment preferred.
• Must meet minimum training and experience standards established by regulatory board.

Responsibilities

• Provide a welcoming recovery environment and respectful interactions.
• Safe transport of individuals as directed.
• Ensure safety and security within the facility.
• Support involuntary individuals during evaluation.
• Maintain compliance with policies and regulations; document services.
