FlyingHIGH, Inc. seeks a male Chemical Dependency Counselor Assistant to oversee daily operations across two Recovery Houses, providing a safe living environment for men in recovery.

The House Coordinator collaborates with housing seekers, case managers, and clinical staff to support residents toward success. Full-time role, Monday–Friday, with 14 paid holidays, 80 hours vacation, 40 hours sick leave; benefits include Medical/Dental/Vision and 401K with match.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Current Ohio Chemical Dependency Counselor Assistant certification.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in sober living home management or SUD treatment role.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily operations of two Recovery Houses.
• Review housing applications and approve residency.
• Enforce house rules and residency agreements.
• Engage clients and promote recovery, motivation, and work readiness.
• Conduct drug screens and house inspections to maintain sober living.
• Maintain confidential, timely documentation and collaborate with team.
