Responsibilities

• Manage daily house operations and enforce program rules
• Support residents, staff, and house leaders
• Handle resident intakes, discharges, and move-outs
• Maintain cleanliness and curb appeal
• Facilitate resident meetings and check-ins
• Coordinate with vendors and leadership
• Document resident activity using EHR software
• Respond to urgent issues during on-call hours
  
  

Requirements

• Experience in alcohol and drug counseling
• Background in sober living or behavioral health preferred
• Strong leadership, boundary-setting, and communication skills
• High school diploma or equivalent
