R&C Consulting Group is seeking a qualified counselor to help clients transition from early recovery to sustained change through structured group and individual sessions. You will implement evidence-based interventions, maintain clear goals, and ensure consistent follow-through within a supportive treatment culture.

The role includes conducting screenings, coordinating referrals, and producing concise documentation while collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team to improve outcomes.

Formación

• Familiarity with EBPs (CBT, MI) and relapse prevention.
• Experience in coordinating care with community partners.
• Strong documentation and record-keeping skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide individual and group counseling aligned to treatment plans.
• Deliver pre-employment & recovery workshops and life-skills trainings.
• Complete intake, treatment planning, and referrals; document progress.
• Ensure timely, accurate records per agency standards and policies.
• Build partnerships with community providers and support data-driven practice improvement.
