Evolve Recovery Centers is seeking a Counselor to support residents in a comprehensive treatment program. The role focuses on intake, orientation, and ongoing counseling to promote recovery from addiction and co-occurring disorders, with emphasis on family involvement and lifestyle changes that reinforce abstinence and well-being.

Responsibilities include leading individual and group sessions, case management, and accurate documentation in medical records.

Competenze

• Must have residential inpatient experience.
• Experience conducting group sessions.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field or relevant certification/licensure.
• Flexibility and willingness are great attributes.

Mansioni

• New patient intake and orientation.
• Facilitates orientation groups with patients.
• Conducts group sessions for all patients.
• Addresses patients' concerns and helps eliminate possibility of AMA.
• Provides Case Management.
• Documentation in patient medical record.
