CMJ Recovery NV LLC is seeking a Group Facilitator to lead five one-hour therapy groups daily for clients in substance use and mental health treatment. The role requires maintaining a safe, therapeutic environment and documenting participation and progress in real time.

The ideal candidate holds an active Nevada license (CADC/LPC/LMSW/LMFT) and has prior experience in behavioral health group settings. Strong communication, organization, and boundary skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Active Nevada license or credential (CADC, LPC, LMSW, LMFT).
• Experience facilitating groups in behavioral health, mental health, or substance use treatment preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, documentation, and group management skills.
• Ability to maintain professional boundaries and client confidentiality.

Responsabilités

• Facilitate five one-hour therapeutic groups daily.
• Develop and deliver structured, recovery-focused and mental health–oriented group content.
• Maintain a safe, professional, and therapeutic group environment.
• Complete accurate group notes and client participation documentation on the same day services are provided.
• Follow established treatment plans, facility policies, and documentation requirements.
• Encourage client engagement, healthy communication, emotional regulation, and life skills development.
• Maintain appropriate professional boundaries and client confidentiality.
• Collaborate with clinical and treatment team members to support client progress.
