Crossroads Turning Points in Pueblo, CO is seeking a Withdrawal Management Specialist to support the unit during 2nd and 3rd shifts. You will take vital signs, screen and assess patients, and coordinate with the physician for medication clearance.

Responsibilities include case management, delivering individual and group sessions, documenting thoroughly, and making referrals to medical or mental health services as needed. Competitive salary and benefits accompany this role.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED; AA/BA preferred.
• CAT certification required or willing to obtain within 18 months.
• Experience with substance misuse, direct patient care, assessment, triage, crisis intervention, and group counseling.
• CPR and First-Aid certification; strong communication and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Take vital signs as required (training provided).
• Screen and assess potential patients for eligibility.
• Coordinate with agency physician for medication clearance; monitor administration.
• Provide case management; conduct individual and group sessions.
• Complete paperwork; monitor patients throughout shift.
• Refer to medical/mental health services as needed.
